I had an amazing stay here! the room was really spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. Plus, I enjoyed free Wi-Fi. the location was also fantastic—very convenient and just a short walk to Southover Grange Gardens. 🌟.

Disco on the 5th floor, running up to 11.30, all bass sounds and music invading rooms even on the 1st floor, making as if your entire room would be a disco. After several complains of customers they finally shut down the wedding going on there. I think the hotel should chose between wedding or disco organising or being a hotel where people sleep.

The rooms here are modern and well-kept, equipped with coffee and tea facilities, the breakfast options were delicious and diverse, and the staff provide attentive and friendly service.

A lot of things such as: 1. IN THE WEB SITE THEY SHOW THEIR BEDROOMS WITH EXTRA FACILITIES BUT ONCE YOU BOOK AND REACH THERE YOU WILL BE SHOCKED. 2. I BOOKED A ROOM ONLINE WITH DINING TABLE, SOFA SET FOR MY GUSTES + FRUITS BASKET AND INTERNET CONNECTION. BUT ONCE I REACHED THERE, I FOUND NO DINING TABLE, NO SOFA SET, AND I RECIEVED THE FRUIT BASKET ONLY 4 TIMES DURING MY 12 NIGHTS STAY !! EACH TIME THEY APPOLOGIES AND THE PROBLEM EXITS SECOND DAY. I ORDERED A PASTERY FOR MY FRIENDS AND THAT WAS WITHIN THE FIRST 2 DAYS, BELIEVE ME THAT WAS ON THE TABLE BEFORE I CHECK OUT !! I ASKED THEM TO CLEAN IT MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPOND. THE STAFF OR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF KNOCK THE DOOR AND JUST OPEN IT WITH THEIR MASTER KEY ?!! WHICH MEANS NO PRIVACY ! I WAS SO UPSET FROM THIS TRIP I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR MY NEXT JOURNEY.
